For our international client we are looking for a Logistics Shipping Coordinator to manage and streamline shipping processes for IT equipment, supplies, and various materials needed at client sites and within our facilities. This role is essential for maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our shipments across regions, and it requires close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and courier partners.

Job Title: Logistics Shipping Coordinator

Location: Zaventem on site from 8:30am to 5pm

Job Type: Full-time/ Temporary to perm

Responsibilities:

1.     Management of ITF Shipments:

o  Coordinate and monitor ITF (In-Transit Facility) shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

o  Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipment progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.

2.     Error Resolution for Misdelivered Shipments:

o  Handle cases of shipments delivered in error (Pharmaceutical Product Development) , working with internal teams and couriers to correct and reroute shipments as needed.

o  Investigate and document misdelivery issues, ensuring proper follow-up and preventive measures are implemented.

3.     Shipping of IT Equipment:

o  Oversee the shipment of IT equipment, ensuring secure packaging, compliance with handling protocols, and timely delivery to end users or client sites.

o  Coordinate with the IT and logistics teams to maintain records of all outgoing IT shipments, ensuring inventory is tracked and documented accurately.

4.     Supply Shipments to Client Sites:

o  Arrange and manage shipments of supplies from the company to various client sites, ensuring that shipments meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

o  Monitor stock levels of site supplies, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure prompt replenishment and readiness for shipments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to work closely with vendors, couriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lift 20kg items (physical work)
• Familiarity with logistics in the healthcare or clinical trial industry
• Experience in handling sensitive equipment, such as IT hardware, in transit.
• Proficiency in logistics software, inventory tracking, and data entry.
