For one of our international clients, we are looking for an Investigator Services Assistant, to integrate the Global Central Labs.
Responsabilities:
- Reply to questions related to clinical studies
- Take orders from partners
- Ensure clean data
- Communicate sponsor alert, Voice Alert Values (VAVs) and other critical values
- Resolve queries within assigned timelines and other duties as assigned or required.
Profile:
- Excellent client and phone service skills
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- independent worker while also being a team-player
