For one of our international clients, we are looking for a shipping administrator to work in a chemistry environment.
Responsibilities
· You will prepare packages to be shipped to customers and other business contacts on-time.
· You will ensure all paperwork accompanying packages is correct.
· Package orders and process shipments via shipping software systems.
· You will use and maintain office equipment (printers, fax, etc.) as necessary.
· Troubleshoot shipping problems. Fix or communicate to management as necessary.
· You will process paperwork and packages for delivery to other.
· You will help maintain accurate inventory.
· Stay current with company communications by frequently accessing email and other methods of communication as required.
· You will perform other duties as assigned by management.
· You will encourage and aid in cross-departmental training and knowledge-transfer.

Job Qualifications
· Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.
· Capable of making administrative / procedural decisions and judgments.
· Must be self-motivated, with the ability to see what needs to be done without being told to do it.
· Ability and willingness to follow direction and perform duties.
· Must have excellent computer skills which includes knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
· Must be able to be on feet a few hours at a time.
· Must possess the ability to adapt to changes in the process.
· Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
· Must be able to interact in a professional manner with customers, employees and all levels of management.
· Must be able to work in a group or independently.
· Must be able to read, write and speak English. Other languages are a bonus.
· Schedule: from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm
