For one of our international clients, we are looking for a shipping administrator to work in a chemistry environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into various systems.
  • Order Administration: Process incoming orders, maintain customer information, confirm orders, and route them to the appropriate production department.
  • Customer Service: Respond to basic customer inquiries and contact customers regarding simple service questions.
  • Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Staff Meetings: Attend and participate in staff meetings.
  • Communication: Distribute incoming faxes and emails.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Training: Participate in additional training provided by the company.
  • Other Duties: Carry out other tasks as specified by management.


Job Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • Experience: Some experience with data entry preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using the Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional Interaction: Ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and all levels of management.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages preferred.
  • Remote work
