For our international customer, we are looking for Customer Success Agent, you will be part of the Customer Operations team to drive excellent execution by focusing on customer and employee satisfaction.

You'll work across Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to improve our order-to-cash process, from customer orders to invoicing.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Analytics: Monitor and analyze customer operations to identify improvements in service, cost, and speed.
  • Driving Improvements: Lead projects to enhance customer operations and internal processes.
  • Customer Care Communication: Serve as the main contact for customers on service and logistics, manage product portfolios, and handle delivery complaints.
  • Customer Operations: Address daily issues like out-of-stocks and late deliveries, and inform customers about product changes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships, share performance reports, and prepare for customer visits.


Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems/SAP/BW is a plus
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French & English (BE) / Dutch & English (NL)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with VMI is a plus
